| Types of guests
I ski and snowboard with many
different types of guests -- men, women, beginners, experts, wild and
aggressive, conservative and cautious and of all ages to boot. Some come with
specific goals to work on improving their skiing or snowboarding such as
handling steeps or moguls. Some want to refine their technique on
familiar terrain while others want to learn to ski or snowboard on new
and challenging terrain such as trees or ungroomed snow. Some
skiers and snowboarders want to learn "the other sport."
Some want someone knowledgeable of the area to ski with and just offer
occasional tips on their techniques. Some want someone to show
them where to have fun but keep them out of trouble. Some don't
care if we they get in over their heads as long as they have a coach to
help them get through it. I enjoy working with all these
individuals

Hey skiers, if you'd like to try snowboarding remember that I
started as and still am an avid skier. I will work hard to assist
you to learn from a skier's perspective. Forget anything you may
have heard about it being hard to learn snowboarding from skiing and I
certainly don't advocate abandoning skiing but consider this. How
many adult snowboarders have you talked to on the lift who said they
haven't skied in years? Doesn't that sound like there must be
something to this snowboarding thing?
